Pittsburgh Regional Alliance
A native of the Pittsburgh area, Eric is a project manager for the Pittsburgh Regional Alliance, an affiliate of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, where he focuses both on business attraction and expansion opportunities within the 10-county, Pittsburgh region. He has been with the PRA for more than 16 years and has worn various hats during that time.
Eric managed the Business Resource Center for more than four years – fielding requests from businesses and individuals searching for various pieces of regional information. In addition, he worked closely with the real estate and development community to maintain an internal database of sites and properties, eventually helping to launch the initial version of PittsburghProspector.com, the PRA’s online searchable property database.
For the past 10 years, he has been a full-time project manager working with companies, consultants and brokers who are considering the Pittsburgh region for new or expanded operations and investment. Eric has worked on projects ranging from IT, Manufacturing and Financial & Business Services to Warehousing/Distribution, Energy and Healthcare & Life Sciences. Some of his more notable projects include GE, SmithMicro, Hormann Flexon and Gordon Food Service.
Eric earned a B.A. degree in Business Management from Saint Vincent College and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. He is a member of the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA), CoreNet Global and NAIOP
