Reservations can be made two easy ways:

1.  Call the hotel direct and mention the RoboBusiness 2017 group rate
2.  Make your reservation online by using the link provided

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:  

All reservations must be guaranteed at time of booking with either a first night's deposit or a major credit card.
In order to cancel a reservation without a penalty, the reservation has to be canceled 72 hours prior to the date
of arrival by 4:00pm

Check-in time (3:00pm) and check-out time (12:00 noon).  

**Penalty is one night's room & tax.**


Convention Bureaus are reporting hundreds of complaints from event managers who are receiving reports from their particpants who booked rooms through a "third party room broker" and ended up at sold out hotels with no reservations and no recourse for the payment of rooms. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with show management and secure deposits from unsuspecting exhibiting companies.

RoboBusiness reminds its Exhibitors and Attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these room brokers.  RoboBusiness has organized this room block and has negotiated a competitive room rate on your behalf for RoboBusiness 2017 with ONLY the hotel listed on our website. No individual or company has been authorized on our behalf to solicit your housing business. You should contact the hotel by the method outlined above to make your reservations. If you are contacted by an unauthorized housing provider, please notify show management immediately at with as many details as possible.
